Terrible
1.0− It was advertised that we would find air conditioning in the room. However, air-conditioning was broken when we arrived. The room was blazing hot day and night. The little ceiling fan did nothing to help with the heat.It was not possible to get a refund so we ended up staying. There is no microwave in the room. There is no fridge in the room. The place is very expensive but lacks amenities. We had to share a communal very dirtyfreezer that was in the filthy main kitchen. I would never stay there again, no matter how desperate I was. If you didn’t say hello to staff, nobody said hello to you. The gate to the entrance of the car park was not always manned. Sometimes we had to open the heavy gate ourselves because nobody came when we sounded the hooter
