− Had to wait outside in the freezing cold for an hour, to check in as the property wasn’t ready 2 hours after check in. Leaks, dirty counters and appliances.. host walking into the property while still occupied at 8am. invaded privacy.

10.0Very accommodating and brilliant communication. Had to change the arrival due to traffic, and the lady was very understanding and went out of her way for us with our arrival. Very polite,, hassle free. Lovely and clean. Cutlery, pots, and plates included. Second time booking, highly recommend. Will book again
