− Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas
Muy cara para el servicio que brindan. Poca amabilidad.
3.0− Nos bañamos con agua fria. Les hicimos un comentario al respecto y nos dijeron que lo iban a resolver y nada. Antes de irnos les volvimos a mencionar la situacion y no se mostraron preocupados ni se disculparon.

2.0El wifi funcionó bien y los que trabajaban ahí eran muy amables.
− Primero que nada, una pieza olía a humedad, donde las murallas se le notaban la humedad. No funcionaban los enchufes ni las ampolletas. Cuando llegamos no estaba la pieza lista, faltaban toallas. La segunda pieza olía a cigarro constantemente. No había una cortina para impedir la entrada de la luz. Además, el baño tenía un olor extraño y en el techo del baño había hongo negro. Los aires condicionados estaban en mal estado. No quisimos probar el desayuno.
