2.0The hotel charged the amount for the stay twice on the credit card. The first time was upon departure, and then the same amount was charged to the credit card again after departure. Emails requesting clarification are ignored, not answered, and no one feels responsible. Requests to correct the double charge are simply ignored, and even after one month, nothing has happened.

10.0traumhaft schönes Strand-Hotel am Rand von Tayrona mit großen bequemen Zimmern, sehr nettem Personal, gutem Restaurant direkt am Strand (Frühstück mit Meerblick), eigenem Strandbereich und Pool, wo immer Liegen frei waren. Der Strand ist toll, mit sehr hohen Wellen, deshalb kann man zur Sicherheit nur bis zur Hüfte ins Wasser. In der Nähe am Río Mendihuaca ist ein alternatives Dorf ähnlich Palomino, aber günstiger + weniger überlaufen, hier kann man auch lecker essen.
