Goede locatie, maar achterstallig onderhoud.
6.0De locatie was goed, dicht bij het centrum. Balkon met uitzicht op de haven en zee.
− Het was allemaal oud en had onderhoud nodig. Afzuigkap was erg vies.

10.0мы заказывали эту квартиру из-за вида и местоположения. все было достаточно уютно , в кухне все было , но мы только завтракали.. центр рядом , гулять вечером было приятно , покупали булочки рядом на завтрак , старый исторический центр , но мы любим антик , и любим там жить .. но это с современным ремонтом , для приятного отдыха настоящих туристов. все рядом -- пешеходная зона и рестораны и бары /.. видовая площадь с красивыми закатами.
