9.0Stanovanje je zelo prostorno, lepa kopalnica in dovolj velika kuhinja. Sobe-spalnice sta tudi veliki in prostorni. Mirna soseska, parkirišče pred hišo. Ker je stanovanje v mansardi, je super da ima stanovanje dve klimi ki jih hladi, saj se prostor zelo hitro segreje. Lastnik je zelo prijazen in hitro odgovori na sporočila in če potrebuješ kakšno pomoč.
− Malo neudoben kavč, kakšen kuhinjski pripomoček bi bil lahko več.

8.0Appartamento molto vivibile, cucina ben attrezzata, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Posizione comoda e molto vicina a tutti i servizi. Camere spaziose e comode, facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni.
− Essendo all'ultimo piano personalmente le altezze degli ingressi risultavano un pò basse ma gestibili. Unica nota negativa, all'arrivo in bagno c'era un forte odore di fognatura, che arrivava direttamente dal lavandino.

7.0Le logement est plutôt spacieux et propre. Pratique avec ses 2 chambres. Lieu calme, parc pour enfants proche. Parking de la voiture facile. Accès facile en voiture.
− Les lits ne sont pas confortables (ressors dans les matelas). Il y a une très mauvaise odeur de canalisations dans la salle de bain. Peux être renouveler la vaisselle (tasses, couverts, assiettes...)
