Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Piękny, duży taras, idealny na śniadania. Mieszkanie na 11 piętrze, ale bez problemu windą. Ładna okolica wokół.

Wspaniały widok! Wschód słońca nad morzem oglądany z 17 piętra ciężko zapomnieć. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i odpowiednie dla 4 osób. W kuchni i łazienkach znajdują się wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria. Byliśmy w styczniu i ogrzewanie dobrze działało - czasem trzeba było użyć. Okolica (w styczniu) dosłownie pusta, idealna dla ludzi ceniących ciszę i spokój, bliskość morza. Miejsce parkingowe pod samym wejściem, supermarket w okolicy blisko. Otwieranie drzwi wejściowych za pomocą telefonu - trochę stresujące na początku ale do przeżycia. Do centrum Walencji samochodem ok 20 minut. Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie w sezonie zimowym!!! Ogromna piaszczysta plaża tuż pod blokiem.
