− The welcome.texr did nothing but make me upset. I was reminded to remember that the whole property was a smoke-free zone? No, I wouldn't have booked if I knew that.The property also describes the lovely outdoor decking,barbecue, etc. for your use ,doesn't say that you're being watched on a security camera!! The security camera would be at the gate about 30m away, surely ?I was horrified to see a camera right at the entry to the property . I realised then why the booking said no refunds ? I was forced to pay more money out .I contacted Bookung.con, but apparently, the people wouldn't consider any refund ?Disgusting way to treat people paying for privacy .
