Saubere und große Wohnung
10.0Sehr sauber, groß und alles da, was man braucht. Klima funktioniert super. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters, als wir einmal ein Problem hatten, hat er sofort die Nachbarin geschickt, die auch für das Putzen der Wohnung zuständig ist und die uns sehr freundlich geholfen hat. Die schräge der oberen Zimmer hat uns nicht gestört, eben wie in einem Dachgeschoss, und wenn man die Klima oben im Flur anlässt und dann eben die Zimmertür von dem Zimmer das näher an der Klimaanlage liegt ein wenig zumacht, funktioniert das mit der Temperatur im Dachgeschoss auch super.
− Man sollte darauf achten dass man die Klimaanlage nicht zusammen mit anderen Geräten wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine oder Backofen anmacht. Aber das ist generell so in der Gegend in Italien. Sollte man nur als Info wissen... :) da sonst die Sicherung rausfliegt. Achtung den Schlüssel an der unteren Eingangstür nicht komplett reinstecken zum drehen sondern ein ganz winzigkleines bisschen rausholen... aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell.

9.0Las instalaciones realmente son preciosas. Todo funciona.
− La comunicación del propietario. Tuve que casi suplicarle estando en la puerta que nos indicara como ingresar. No respondía… no está bueno sumar ese estrés cuando uno viaja y ya tiene otras cuestiones por las que estresarse. Según yo, debería ser más claro, conciso y empatico con el viajero. 4 veces le pedí que me explique cómo entrábamos antes de llegar.
