The property is in a perfect location, 2-3 minutes walk from San Marcuola and very little foot traffic at night. The amenities made our stay here fantastic and we were able to make the most of our trip having a place so comfortable to recharge each night. The view from the balcony is also fantastic. Thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay just as amazing!

Awesome spot, close to supermarket, restaurants and easy walk to all the sights. Well worth considering

El personal muy amable y eficiente. La cama super cómoda. Me ayudaban muchísimo y rapido. La habitacion estaba muy limpia y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Y una nespresso en la habitacion, calentador de agua y nevera...maravilloso...Luca y Damian de 10.

− Todo genial...se oye un poco la calle dependiendo de la habitacion, pero mi ventana daba a un canal osea que me valía la pena porque estaba precioso.

7泊しました。スタッフがいないので少し不安でしたが、必要なものはなんでも揃っていて不便なことも一切ありませんでした。朝到着したのでチェックイン前に荷物を置きに行きましたが、ロビーが広く、座る場所もお手洗いもあり、身支度もできて助かりました。 タオル、トイレットペーパー等も毎日1階に補充されていました。部屋も思っていたより広く、清潔でオシャレで快適に過ごせました。

− 少し高いなと思いましたが、快適に過ごせたのでまた泊まりたいです。

The property enjoys an excellent location. Breakfast is served at a nearby café rather than on the premises, but it was very enjoyable and of excellent quality. The building is equipped with an elevator, and the rooms feature coffee machines, which is a nice convenience. Our room also offered a lovely view of one of the canals, making our stay even more pleasant.

− Requiring guests to download and install an application solely for the purpose of checking in is, in my opinion, an unacceptable practice and creates unnecessary inconvenience.
