5.0− Veľký problém s online recepciou, 2 hodiny som čakala kým to šlo, s tým keď som si žiadala zrušenie rezervácie a vrátenie peňazí, že chýba jej z ich strany až vtedy to konečne šlo. Keď niečo chcete musíte si priplatiť za posteľ ešte či predĺženie odchodu či príchodu, na všetko sú kódy ktoré vám zašlú, chcú 100e depozit, mne ho asi k oki tomu znížili na 50e a keď som si ho žiadala vyplatiť skôr tak nič. A najhoršie je že si posuniete čas odchodu a predtým ako ráno máte odísť tak asi 15 min predtým vám vstúpia ráno 3 mladý do bytu, asi prišli upratovať byt a ešte sa nás opýtajú či máme predĺžený pobyt, takže aj keď byt je vo fajn lokalite, ale ostatné veci si myslím že sú dosť pod úroveň a nemajú to poriadne ošetrené. Malý by si to dať do poriadku, lebo kvôli takým chybám vám budú odchádzať zákazníci! Keď si niekde niečo rezervujte nikde som takýto problém ako s touto rezerváciou nemala!
