Very disappointed
1.0− Very bad attitude at the reception desk. If the lady has some personal problems let her stay at home. Rude, nervous, negative, arrogant. No card payment. Very strange that the cards are accepted at the breakfast but not at the reception. On the top of it she tried to cheat me with a false exchange rate. Is that the aim, to make a profit through expensive exchange rate? We are very disappointed.
