Excellent staff, beautiful location, and a peaceful atmosphere We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lago Valdivia. The hotel's most exceptional asset is its people. The staff are friendly, humble, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to acknowledge the restaurant team and the staff who assisted with our luggage; their kindness and professionalism made a very positive impression on us. We also greatly appreciated the hotel's location. The property is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and offers a relaxing environment to disconnect and enjoy nature. At the same time, it is conveniently located, with easy access to the village by taxi or tuk-tuk. We genuinely wish Hotel Lago Valdivia continued success and believe it has great potential to become an even bigger success in the future. Our only suggestion for improvement concerns the room descriptions on Booking.com. The descriptions and expectations presented online do not always fully match the reality of the rooms and property. We hope this can be updated and clarified for future guests so that the wonderful experience offered by the hotel is accurately reflected. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel, particularly because of its outstanding staff, tranquil setting, and excellent hospitality.

The last meters of road from the road to the reception could be improved because whats follows is so beautiful that it deserve an equally beautiful and amazing entrance.

El hotel era increíble, las vistas eran de cuento. El desayuno estaba delicioso (hasta dudamos de que ese desayuno estuviera incluido). Estaba un poco lejos del pueblo pero había mucho “moto taxi” disponibles. Había mucho personal, muy amables y simpáticos. Sin duda si viviéramos más cerca, volveríamos.

− A pesar de ser una habitación deluxe, la habitación era estrecha, no nos entraban bien las maletas. El sistema de las luces de la habitación era un poco regular, no se encendían. Echamos en falta secador en la habitación.
