1.0Smaczne śniadania, dobra lokalizacja.
− Zastaliśmy w pokoju przepaloną żarówkę, zgłosiliśmy to od razu i otrzymaliśmy informację, że zostanie wymieniona. Gdyby nie fakt, że przełożyliśmy sobie ją SAMI z przedpokoju, to przez cały pobyt siedzielibyśmy po ciemku. Fatalny kontakt z personelem i fatalna obsługa. Wracaliśmy tu co roku i ten raz był naszym ostatnim w tym miejscu. Dodatkowo na minus materace, tak miękkie, że ból kręgosłupa gwarantowany.

− Do małego pokoju dwuosobowego wstawiono dodatkowe łóżko. Ciasnota. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półeczki. Trudność z połączeniem z właścicielem.

5.0Lokalizacja, dobre śniadania, sympatyczna Pani w restauracji
− Dostałam pokój niezgodny z opłaconym. Na zdjęciach oraz w opisie był duży pokój z dużym łóżkiem, klimatyzacją i widokiem na Wisłę. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że dostaliśmy mały pokoik od ulicy a zamiast klimatyzacji stał wiatrak. Po zgłoszeniu nieprawidłowości kontakt telefoniczny chyba z właścicielem się urwał.
