Great views , but not worth the money we paid

The location , the views are excellent

− It’s very dated ,it needs modernising , the kitchen is way too small for the size of the apartment, the pool is communal but only 7 sun beds to what 11/12 2/3 bed apartments they are really old need replacing , grass around the pool is full of ants not astro turf so the kids couldn’t play as they were always covered in them , no instruction on where bins were located or information pack

This property provided the perfect base for our holiday. The views were unforgettable, the accommodation was comfortable

The location was superb and the views were incredible. We loved our stay here. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have both a bathroom and an en-suite for the main bedroom. The dining area inside and the patio outside were both excellent spaces to eat and relax. We also enjoyed the walk back to the property, although the hill is quite steep and may not suit everyone, we saw it as a lovely challenge and a great way to add a little fitness into our holiday amongst all the walking we did.

− There was very little we didn’t like. If we were to make one suggestion, it would be that the conservatory dining area felt a little unnecessary, as there was already a dining area inside and another outside on the patio. We did appreciate that the area also housed the washing machine and provided useful storage, but we still feel it could potentially be utilised as a small double bedroom. While not essential, this could make the property more appealing to two families with children or groups of more than two adults, while also taking full advantage of the beautiful view from that part of the property. A minor observation was that the patio doors were so exceptionally clean that we occasionally found ourselves double checking whether they were open or closed. When the security grilles were open, it could appear at first glance that the doors were fully open. This wasn’t a problem for us, but with young children running around it could potentially be a safety consideration. Perhaps a subtle window decal or strip on the lower glass could help make the doors more visible while maintaining the lovely views.

Underbar lägenhet i Nerja

Stor och rymlig lägenhet med underbart läge precis intill stranden. Utsikten från uteplatsen var magisk, man såg stranden och havet. Väl utrustad lägenhet som hade allt vi behövde. Värden ordnade så vi fick en spjällsäng och en barnstol.

− Vägen upp till lägenheten är brant och i dåligt skick. För att ta sig upp till lägenheten behöver man gå i en trappa vilket kan vara bra att veta för barnfamiljer. Den gemensamma poolen är väldigt djup vilket inte var så lämpligt för barn.
