De ruimte die het bood voor 5 personen was uitstekend. De huishoudelijke voorzieningen waren ook heel erg goed.

− De parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Van 1 parkeerplaats voor het appartement is niets terecht gekomen. De gehele tijd heeft op die parkeerplek een geel/oranje ford gestaan. En wij konden mede door de fantastische sociale instelling van onze Duitse medemens met de grootst mogelijke moeite een parkeerplek vinden. Wel op loopafstand, dat dan weer wel.

Unterkunft bis auf den Baulärm ab 04:30 h am letzten Tag prima. Weder Bauarbeiter noch Vermieter erreichbar!,,,

Nice comfort and bright apartment

The apartment was ok, with kitchen bathroom and all necesery facilities. Beds were wery comfortble Good gesture was leaving sweets for childrens. Small thing but they make the real diference. There was dedicated parking spot, even it was ocupied few times they react fast and it was released..Owner present good explanation for check in. Location is Ok, depend where you want to explore.. You can easy go to all other Towns- Essen, Cologne, Duiseldorf and coloses Dortmund..

− The check in hours 16h is too late. I don't know how much time they need to clean the apartment but it is too late for someone who usaly travel to waith whole day. 13h 14h should be latest. When we came the apartment was freezing cold with open windows and turn off heating. It need maybe one day to heat up good. One day when we return from our exploring we found the radiators completly turn off. Someone enter inside and turn them off. Bathroom was ok but there was no any shampoo or shower gel. The comunication with owner was ok but in the biginning she say to not take anything which was insulting for us, like we were there to steal something. All this are small things and overall this a super place and we have great time there but like I say small things make the bigest impresion. I totally recomend this place.
