7.0It was in a good location for us. The beds were comfortable.
− I had to ask for late check out multiple times but was asked to ask closer to the time, I did not expect this to be 24 hours before we checked out. There were little supplies in the kitchen not even salt and pepper to season food. Over all it was an enjoyable stay.

Lovely property but felt it was unsafe, was not sure if anything would break
7.0Location and size of the property was good, nicely furnished
− Some of the furniture was unsafe and had to call maintenance to fix. Garden table again was unsafe and collapsed onto person sat at table. Table not replaced so could no longer sit outside.

- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21.
- Infants will be counted as guest.
- Strictly no stag or hen parties.
- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (A penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found).
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure, the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning.
