8.0Heel mooi, heel ruim en prachtige locatie
− De ramen waren extreem vuil. Er zijn heel veel ramen dus je kon er echt niet naast kijken… Op Booking staat er ook vermeld dat er 3 slaapkamers zijn en 1 slaapbank maar er zijn slecht 2 slaapkamers en 1 slaapbank. Ook heel onduidelijk hoe de lichten werken en/of de oven…
Schön, aber bissle ärgerlich wegen der mangelnden Unterstützung bei Problemen.
8.0Schöne Lage und großzügig geschnitten
− Die Heizung war kaputt und hat geheizt obwohl es Sommer ist. Die Nächte waren waren für die die im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben schlimm. Die Heizung hat nachts geknackt wenn sie an und ausgegangen ist. Über die Kontakt-App konnte uns keiner helfen.
Beautiful view in a 1 bedroom apartment
8.0A very modern apartment with a beautiful view of the concession. Huge living room with a very pleasant kitchen. However, listed as a 2-bedroom unit, this apartment only has one bedroom while the second bedroom has its own separate entrance in the hallway !! The main apartment only has sliding doors without a key; not convenient with the toilet next to the entry door... Also missing are instructions of the electric appliances (dishwasher was set in German) or on how to switch off the complicated lights (they were on at our arrival) or on how/where to recycle the garbage. The host, Huswell, is managing 584 properties on Booking.com, probably via an AI that needs a lot more training: when we mentioned that there were no kitchen towels, the answer was : "please check the kitchen's drawers and cupboards" (of course we did before asking) and the next day : "please note that we do not provide kitchen towels in the apartment"... The communication system with Huswell also needs fine tuning; not all properties have the same issues. Next time we will look for a property with a real-person host that can give appropriate instructions and answers.
