9.0Гарний чистий ,просторий номер. Все необхідне в номері. Гарна смачна їжа. Привітний персонал.
− Замала територія готелю (корпус Озерний). Відсутність кондиціонеру в номері . В жарку літню погоду це відчувається суттєво.
Все було супер, крім басейну. Неможливо було плавати довже 10 хв… подразнювалась шкіра і починався свербіж.
8.0Чисто, гарне розташування, привітний персонал, є чим зайнятись
− Не сподобалась якість води у басейнах. Додають якусь агресивну хімію для очистки води… вода слизька та дуже швидко набрякають пальці. Дітям порозʼїдало шкіру у місцях подряпин, а також відчували свербіж в інтимних місцях. Інші батьки також це зауважили у своїх дітей

10.0Чудове місце для відпочинку, як для малечі так і для дорослих. Дуже привітний персонал, все охайно, чисто, постійно прибирається. Смачно і різноманітно годують, аніматори розважають діток та дорослих. Басейн, чани та баня, масаж, прогулянки по лісу та екскурсії, катання на квадроциклах або джипах, по горах та лісу, не залишать нікого байдужими. До наступної зустрічі. Дякуємо за гостинність.

10.0Відпочинок прекрасний. ❤️ Місце розташування готелю чудове, казкова будівля біля озера. На рецепції зустріли вічливо. Персонал готелю привітний. Номер чистий, просторий. Кухня смачна, різноманітність страв також вражає. Офіціанти просто молодці ❤️ Обов'язково повернуся знову 😊
