They need to deal with rodents before they spread through the entire facility
6.0− The facility has some rodents running through the ceiling as compared to the previous house we were booked in on the 30 March 2026
The facility is ideally for a stop over to Zimbabwe and it is perfectly located away from the N1
8.0I was booked into this facility twice, i.e. - the 31 April 2026 to the 01 April 2026 on my way to Zimbabwe. The second time I was booked on the 08 April 2026 to the 09 April 2026. The first booking was perfect however the second booking we discovered movement of rodents in the ceiling which was rather disturbing and annoying The staff and facility is exceptionally perfect.
− They need to address these rodents that are running in the ceiling and there is a need to improve on their billboard signage along the N1 Freeway.
