9.0Great view of the Nile right from the room The owner family lives in the ground floor, we had the whole 2nd floor to ourselves. Kitchen is equiped with basic utensils so we can make coffee and tea.
− The doors are not fully enclosed. The 2nd day we were here, Aswan had a sand storm and some sands came in through the gap under the doors. The windows are not very soundproof. Late night we can clearly hear people talking and playing outside.

10.0Friendly host, nice large apartment, excellent and prompt communication via booking.com. Excellent air conditioning, large fridge and good shower. Toilet roll and soap provided, comfortable sitting / eating area. Comfortable beds and clean linen and towels. Quiet with beautiful views, friendly locals, shops selling snacks and drinks freely available. Very short distance from the ferry. Checked in early and checked out late which we were grateful for, host even did our laundry. Highly recommended 100%.
− Wifi was good but stopped working on the last day, we didn’t mind this as had purchased data.
