− Muitas baratas, paredes mofadas, controles remotos não funcionando, lâmpada copa queimada, trinco lavabo solto,…..

An excellent stay and perfect location for a visit to Cascais

The location of this property was excellent. It was so close to everything but yet it was quiet. The apartment was big and welcoming with everything you needed. The staff were excellent in responding to questions and when we had an issue getting into the gate, they were responsive and helpful

− We arrived at 3 to check in but the apartment was still being cleaned. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were quite grubby but overall the apartment was clean.

Location was perfect, staff very helpful, very comfortable stay

The apartment 2 bed room top floor was a great size. Good location with a short walk to the bus and train station. Lots of places to eat out and a great market close by for fresh food with a few corner shops around. Few minutes walk to the beaches and port. The apartment was comfortable with ample space in the bedrooms and a big open plan lounge, kitchen, and dinner. The beds are comfy. The balcony gets the sun most of the day. Cascias is lovely and a great place to visit. Would definitely visit again but maybe not stay here.

− We had a few issues which to be fair were all fixed. The washing machine flooded the kitchen, air conditioning didn't work in the May heatwave -it took 2 days to fix as we arrived Saturday and they came Monday. One of the showers was stuck on boiling hot. If you have young children I would think twice about this place as the main door to the apartment can't be locked or latched from the inside and our 2 year old constantly just walked out the door to a flight of steps. We had to put the sofa across the door. The balcony has 3 different doors leading out which can be locked but are easily unlocked by little fingers and the keys couldn't be removed from 2 of the doors so we were on constant watch. No clothes airer to dry clothes outside and the patio furniture is rusty causing some of our clothes to be stained. Saturday nights are noisy especially when the football is on! Lots of barking dogs and daily life.

− The standard of the apartment was well below what was advertised. issue as detailed below 1 Door on to Veranda not secure as it would not close . Spent considerable time trying to convince property that there was an issue and we were told that it was working when cleaned making us out to be liars Eventually it was repaired and discount given for one night. 2 Damage to shower screen and drying rack had to be reports to property. Items still need replaced after 2 weeks 3 shower drain was overflowing as it was blocked water flooding bathroom at first time of use. Clearly this should have been apparent when apartment was cleaned 4 washing machine door would not open after use. Maintenance eventually attended and opened door but did not fix issue. We used second time and the same thing happened after several attempts to open and multiple emails we were told that issue could not be resolved . Door is currently closed and will not open. The door was closed without a wash cycle being completed. We have been unable to use washing machine since Thursday 5 veranda chairs etc were covered with bird droppings and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. This was not reported to property 6 window shutters do not close properly 7 the sink in the main bathroom drains slowly - not reported to property but should have been apparent during mid rents clean 8- we were told that mid rental clean would happen on Sunday but this did not happen. When we messaged property we were told it would happen on Wednesday.

− Could do with a better clean, floor was dusty.
