4.0− Nous avons dû quitter les lieux peu de temps après notre arrivée en raison de plusieurs problèmes majeurs constatés sur place: - la présence d’une fuite d’eau dans le logement ; - la non-conformité du logement par rapport aux photos présentées lors de la réservation ; - un manque évident de préparation (torchons mouillés, étendoir avec des draps humides dans une chambre) ; - ainsi que des traces visibles de moisissures dans le salon, potentiellement nuisibles à notre santé. Notre décision de quitter les lieux s’imposait. Nous avions réservé ce logement pour une nuit afin de profiter du cadre, notamment de la terrasse après une journée de visite, et non pour faire face à ce type de désagréments. Nous avons donc été contraints de partir et de trouver un autre hébergement en urgence. À ce jour, je suis toujours en litige avec Booking concernant le remboursement. Cette situation est d’autant plus problématique que la propriétaire a annulé la réservation en indiquant que nous ne nous étions pas présentés, ce qui est inexact et particulièrement malhonnête.
