8.0Location was good for accessing central town, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the property was very clean, and the host was very responsive
− The shower is a bit awkward especially if you are tall but otherwise a fantastic place to stay

5.0Location was good for what we needed it for.
− Garden was overgrown, lots of potholes in the front driveway which are very hazardous. No bin bags to change the bin with, cleaning staff arrived at 10:50AM and was very rude stating checkout was 10 AM, I was quite aware that checkout was ten but considering she never arrived herself until 10:50AM. Two of the girls I was travelling with are disabled and take slightly longer to walk and get ready, the attitude out of her this morning was atrocious. We also cleaned and tidied after ourselves, place probably has never been deep cleaned ever.

8.0Good value for money. It was a great 2 minutes walk up to a coffee shop, pub, shop etc. and then in the main city centre.
− Location didn't look great on first impressions.
We did not stay in Erin Way, our accommodation was changed at the last minute
