Tutti si sono dimostrati estremamente cordiali e amichevoli, sempre disponibili e tempestivi nell'aiutarci a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ad esempio, quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ci hanno accompagnato personalmente a vedere diverse opzioni prima di farci scegliere quella che preferivamo, dimostrando grande attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Le stanze sono distribuite in un'area molto compatta e raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti dalla reception, il che le rende pratiche e comode. Le camere che abbiamo visto sono tutte spaziose, ben attrezzate con arredi piuttosto nuovi, e mantenute in ottime condizioni di pulizia e ordine. Inoltre, la posizione dell'appartamento è eccellente: si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da ristoranti, negozi e vari servizi, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile senza bisogno di mezzi di trasporto.
