Gute Lage bei schlechter Ausstattung

− Check-In über Schlüsselbox und Lageplan der verschiedenen Wohnungen. Wünschenswert wäre es die Wohnungen vor Ort, als auch in der Buchungsbestätigung gleich zu benennen das spart das Suchen der richtigen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung sowie Ausstattung hat die beste Zeit lange hinter sich, funktional allerdings mit Einschränkungen (Fernseher defekt, hier und da löst sich eine Leiste oder Steckdose) Ebenfalls könnte man erwähnen, dass es kein separates Schlafzimmer gibt sondern das Bett hinter einem "Raumtrenner" hinter dem Esstisch steht. Die Lage und Größe der Appartment entschädigen allerdings weitestgehend. Dennoch entspricht das nicht meiner Erwartungshaltung an ein Appartment für über 100€/Nacht.

− Kein staubsauger , kein normales Fernsehprogramm , schimmel im Bad . Staub unterm Bett und Spinnweben an der Decke . Keine normale Kaffeemaschine nur eine espresso Maschine . Die Terrasse zum Nachbar war nicht wirklich getrennt .Keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten weder drinnen noch draußen . Keine Fenster zum öffnen nur das im Bad und das ist in einem Schacht .

− Было жарко. Вентиляторов у них нет Окна открыть нельзя залетают камары и всякие насикомые. По мелоче . Ступенька очень высокая при входе. Все спотыкались. Нет не сахара не соли не масла . Это мелочи но сложно привозить все ссобой.

− Die Ausstattung.... keine Couch (nur 2 harte Holzstühle), kein Backofen, keine Garderobe, keine Steckdose im Badezimmer. Staubflocken in der Ecke im Schlafzimmer, Dusche oben verschmutzt. Es wurden über 30 Fotos von mehreren Appartements gezeigt, aber nicht detailliert für die einzelnen Unterkünfte. Es war nicht ersichtlich, was zu welcher Unterkunft gehörte.
