8.0Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, grosszügige Zimmer mit sehr guter Aussicht/ Blick auf Frauenkirche, sehr gutes Frühstück (eher regional), Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe.
− Zimmer z.T. etwas staubig, Sauberkeit grundsätzlich ok, kann aber verbessert werden.
Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
8.0Sehr komfortabel, sauber und geräumig.
− Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut. Direkt am Marktplatz mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche. Abends aber doch laut, aber das ist nun mal der Preis dafür wenn man zentral wohnen möchte.

8.0Świetna lokalizacja oraz możliwość zaparkowania auta na zarezerwowanym miejscu parkingowym o czym trzeba z wyprzedzeniem zawiadomić wynajmującego. Za dzień dodatkowe 28 euro. Parking połączony jest bezpośrednio z klatką schodową, nie ma problemu z bagażami. Uprzejma i uczynna obsługa, gość w recepcji posługujący się świetną angielszczyzną. Czysta pościel, wygodne wyrka. Jeśli ktoś planuje krótki pobyt samochodem w samym centrum Drezna to na prawdę super miejscówka. Tuż obok mnóstwo restauracji, blisko do sklepów spożywczych czy centrów handlowych. Do głównych atrakcji turystycznych także wszędzie blisko a gdyby ktoś chciał dotrzeć autem do dalej położonych miejsc, to Drezno jest, jeśli chodzi o organizację ruchu drogowego, z punktu widzenia kierowcy, bardzo przyjaznym miejscem.
− Dożyliśmy takich czasów gdzie z pełną odpowiedzialnością można powiedzieć że standardy lokalów wynajmowanych w Polsce znacznie przewyższają standardy niemieckie. Za podobne pieniądze w Polsce w centrum głównych miast, można poczuć się wręcz rozpieszczonym. Tu stosunkowo ubogie wyposażenie dodatkowe lokalu, brak klimatyzacji, dostępu do streamingu, także co do czystości lokalu, w szczególności wykładziny czy okien można mieć drobne zastrzeżenia. Niemniej jednak jeśli ktoś nie ma Bóg wie jakich oczekiwań i potraktuje ów lokal jako bazę wypadową i miejsce do spania to nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

8.0Die Lage unter gigantisch! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker nebenan. Tiefgarage sehr praktisch aber teuer. Tolle Aussicht auf die Frauenkirche.
− Zuerst wurde uns ein Appartement gegeben, das nach Rauch roch und der Kühlschrank schloss nicht, ging also nicht. Wir bekamen aber sofort ein anderes. Küchenausstattung zum Kochen hier ungeeignet: Wackelige kleine Töpfe und Pfannen ohne Deckel. Nicht mal ein Nudelsieb. Überall Teppich und kein Staubsauger. Keine Leselampe beim Sofa.
Super Aussicht und sehr zentrale Lage

− Das Bett war mit ca 1,40 und an der Wand stehend schon eng.
