10.0I loved the location and the seated area in the lawn overlooking the water. I also loved that kayaks and bikes were available even though we didn't get to use them. The cottage was sooo cute with absolutely everything we needed. Gerard was so attentive as well. Great time all the way around!

9.0Pleasant historic well stocked property with water views just off of the main street. Dog friendly. Parking. Loved walking into town for food, shopping and entertainment. Should we be in Mystic again we will be staying here.

− No first floor bathroom… Difficult to maneuver upstairs…ceilings slanted and low in areas
Phenomenal location & host!
10.0Amazing restored property with exceptional location. Charming and quirky as expected for a 200 year old property. Private even though it is just off of quaint downtown area.
− As this is a 200 year old restored schoolhouse, there are steep stairs and angled ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom. They add to the charm but are things you need to be aware of going in as it means working around those angles.
