8.02回タクシーを呼んでもらい、2回ともにトラブルがありましたが、ホテル側に不備はないのですが、チェックアウト時間の延長や朝食サービスをつけてもらい、親身になって対応していただけた印象です。
− プール予約が時間と場所の縛りがあり、外出していても予約出来ると利便性が良くなり、便利かなと思います。

5.0− エレベーターの混雑が解消されるとよい。 駐車場が立体なので仕方ないけど、入庫、出庫時にかなり待ちました。せっかく来ても始めと最後が待ち時間がおおいと、ホテルが良くてもモチベーションが下がってしまうと思いました。
