U stanu veoma dobro radi grejanje i ima veliku terasu.

− Kada smo stigli u Apartman, bio je u totalnom neredu! Sve je bilo puno djubreta, i u frizideru i po stolovima i po podu! Posteljina je bila sva rasturena a tepih je imao veliku fleku! Peškiri su bili po podovima. Stan je bio pun praznih flaša! Na terasi je bila pepeljara prepuna popušenih cigareta! Nakon razgovora sa Agencijom dobili smo izvinjenje i obećanje da će cena ići niže zbog stanja Apartmana! Stan je u roku od 3 sata bio očiśćen, pomalo površno ali mnogo bolje nego kako smo ga zatekli! *Umanjenje cene nismo dobili, platili smo punu cenu!* Svakako loše iskustvo za nas, i mi više nećemo koristiti ovu Agenciju!

В квартире есть все, и стиральная машина, и кофемашина, а хозяин очень заботливо предоставляет и стиральный порошок, и даже капсулы с кофе!

Hiçbirşey Nothing 1. The bathroom was covered in hair and dirt. The dust behind the door looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years and it was in plain sight. 2. The balcony was covered in dirt, even cigarette butts on the floor. 3. No matter how dirty I tried to describe the rooms, it would be insufficient. The bed head, the floor and everywhere were covered in dirt, hair and dust. In one word, it was disgusting. 4. The 2nd room was a bunk bed thrown into the corridor. It was across from the kitchen door and very narrow. I wrote about the dirtiness of the room immediately on the first night, I wanted to leave the next day but they said it would be cleaned, the team that came left without doing anything. They apologized and left chocolates, saying they had new staff. However, they didn't fix the dirtiness despite us telling them many times. They didn't even refund the fee, it was absolutely disgusting. There was an incredible smell of damp when we entered the apartment. They didn't send an invoice after the stay and they returned very disrespectfully. (The staff is on leave, you are not the only one waiting) However, they could have sent it several times within 1 month after the stay.

Banyo kıl ve pislik içerisinde idi. kapı arkasındaki toz yıllar olmuş silinmemiş gibi ve göz önünde bir yer. 2. balkon pislik içinde idi, hatta yerde sigara izmaritine kadar vardı. 3. odaların kirliliği ne kadar anlatsam az kalır. yatak başı, yerler ve her yer susum , kıl ve toz içinde idi. tek kelime ile iğrenç. 4. 2. oda koridora atılmıi ranzadan ibaret. mutfağın kapısı ile karşı karşıya ve daracık yer. Odanın pisliğini 1. gece hemen yazdım, ertesi gün çıkış istedim ama temizlik yapılacak dendi, gelen ekip hiçbirşey yapmadan geri gitmiş. yeni personel deyip özür dilediler ve çikolata bırakmışlar. ancak o pisliği defalarca söylememize rağmen çözümlemediler. ücret iadeside olmadı, resmen iğrençlikti. apartmana girince inanılmaz bir rutubet kokusu vardı. konaklama sonrası fatura göndermedikleri gibi çok saygısızca dönüş yaptılar. (personel izinde, sadece siz beklemiyorsunuz şeklinde) oysa konaklama sonrası 1 ay içinde defalarca gönderebilirlerdi.
