4.0Appartamento con arredi carini e letti comodi. Parcheggio veloce sotto casa e gratuito. Zona totalmente residenziale e tranquilla.
− Pulizia pessima. Cucina e bagno sporchi. L'acqua calda non funzionava e il divano letto non aveva nemmeno il lenzuolo.

3.0Die zentrale Lage ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Wohnhaus ist sehr ruhig.
− Es gab kein warmes Wasser, weder im Bad noch in der Küche. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt. Kaffeepad und Kaffeesatz waren noch vorhanden. Ein verschmutztes Handtuch. Die Dusche hatte auch noch einige Duschgelreste zu bieten. Der Backofen war nicht gereinigt und somit gab es ein gratis Dufterlebnis, ob man wollte oder nicht. Der Lattenrost des Bettes war auch kaputt. Dies ist auch kein Problem seit gestern, dennoch ist man wohl nicht gewillt, diesen Mangel zu beheben. Reinigungsarbeiten wurden erledigt. Aber erst nach mehrmaligen Hinterhertelefonieren. Die Reinigungskraft hatte wohl eine lange Anreise aber bei jedem Telefonat wurde versichert das Sie gleich da sei. Selbstverständlich konnte Sie den Lattenrost nicht reparieren und erst recht konnte Sie das Problem mit dem warmen Wasser nicht lösen. Mittlerweile war es schon später Nachmittag und das Problem wurde schon am Vortag gemeldet. Jetzt ist aber Sonntag und man könne eh nichts machen aber Montag (zum Feiertag, dass geht.?) kommt jemand. Am Montag war es uns dann auch egal, da es unsere Abreisetag war.

7.0Instrukce naprosto perfektní. Krásný klidný dům - parkování zdarma v ulici, po celý den dost míst. Centrum v docházkové vzdálenosti. Byt je hezky vybavený, nic nám fyzicky nechybělo. Podkroví (bez výtahu) - dokonalé schodiště.
− Úklid pokulhával, plíseň ve dveřích sprchového koutu snesu, ale bílé povlečení se zdálo bohužel neprané, fleky jak na peřinách, tak na prostěradle. Nelze-li vyprat = vyřadit. Nenabízím krátkodobé pobyty, pokud mi dělá problém převléct na jednu noc. To zkazilo vlastně celý dojem a pak už člověk hledá jen chyby. Cizí fuska za gaučem je tam zřejmě doteď. Na garsonku zbytečně moc dveří, které vlastně jen překážejí.
