8.0Lovely apartment, great location
Very enjoyable, but the various problems finding the apartment and gaining access were stressful.
8.0The location was good, once we found the property.
− There was no visitor information eg map, wifi code, location of hospiatal, doctor, places to eat etc. The bedding on the double bed was very old and worn and not very comfortable. The information prior to visit was over complicated and confusing, including initially giving us the wrong address and postcode. There is no sign at the entrance to the flats saying it is Waterside. We were only sure when we found the recycling bins with Waterside writtwn on them.

− My only gripe is that although there were multiple EV charging points in the car park outside the property, these do not appear to be working/connected so I had to charge my vehicle elsewhere.

− Check in was extremely complicated, directions were wrong so I couldn’t find the apartment and when I finally got in it was filthy! Even if it had been cleaned it would still have been grotty - badly stained toilet, grimy kitchen sink and shower door was covered in limescale. Furnishings were all cheap and nasty.
Excellent accommodation, highly recommended, would definitely stay there again.
