⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A stay I’ll never forget! Before booking, I spent a lot of time reading reviews online. One name kept appearing over and over again – Roni. After reading so many positive comments, I decided to book, and after traveling to many countries and staying in many hotels, I can honestly say the reviews were absolutely true. From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything was perfectly organized. The driver even helped me get a local SIM card, which saved me a lot of time and made everything much easier instead of waiting at the airport. When I met Roni, I immediately understood why everyone speaks so highly of him. He personally welcomed me, offered me a complimentary welcome shot, walked me to the apartment, explained everything in detail, and made me feel at home from the first minute. He is professional, respectful, organized, and truly cares about his guests. My apartment was on the top floor with an amazing sea view and a huge terrace. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Santa Maria Beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, and all the main attractions. What impressed me the most was Roni’s service. He checked in with me almost every day to ask if I needed anything. Whenever I sent him a message, he responded immediately. One evening around 11:00 PM, I told him my safe wasn’t working and said it could wait until the next day. Instead, he arranged for someone to fix it immediately. That level of care is very rare. On my last day, check-out was supposed to be at 10:00 AM, but he kindly allowed me to stay until 2:00 PM free of charge. Since my flight was in the evening, he also stored my luggage safely and even arranged my taxi to the airport. The apartment feels like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Security is excellent with a coded entrance gate, your own apartment key, and the area feels very safe. I even walked alone at 3:00 AM and

It was really clean, all the facilities were in good condition, but the major highlight is Roni the manager, who was so helpful, patient and kind.

Relativ zentrale Lage, Größe des Appartements, sowohl Schlafraum, als auch Küchen-/Wohnbereich. Größe des Balkons, Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, unkompliziertes und schnelles Beheben kleiner Probleme.

− Alles war gut. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht den fehlenden Pool.

− 没有早餐，整个楼房靠近里面的马路！没有直接临海！临海的位置被邻居楼房全挡住了

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The loamcatiin of the apartment was perfect for me, across the road from the beginning of santa maria beach and just a few minutes walk from the strip. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and as a solo traveller, comfortability was very important for me.

− The only thing u had an issue with was the view from my apartment, I paid for a partial sea view apartment but my view was restricted due to an overgrown tree outside. However, once I made the staff aware of my issue they quickly rectified it by offering me another apartment which was a penthouse suite at no extra charge which I was obviously grateful for.
