very clean, amazing location (quiet), nearby a cool beach (Guios) but not really swimmable (but disn't matter because all swimmable beaches were within 30/1h away by car) or at least when we were there. near los gigantes beach club where we had an amazing paella, some cute stores, and very close to lidl and mercadona for last minute groceries!

− very minor but: cockroaches that we would see on most mornings OUTSIDE of our door, so NOT in the house but in the apartment complex. however, they were busy with pest control during our stay so you may not experience this.

The place is totally perfect. The apartament is fresh, perfectly clean and equipped as well as you can possibly imagine (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, dishes, detergents, TV with streaming, etc.). It has a nice balcony and also a terrace up on the roof with an excellent postcard-like view. The place is cosy, located within 5 minutes walking from restaurants, shops, coffehouses, marina, beach, bus stop, etc. The hosts are truly kind and caring, making your stay as pleasant as possible and I mean it.

− Sometimes you can hear those noises from a hotel nearby but that's an irrelevant inconvenience.

Our stay at these apartments was wonderful! The apartments are cozy and well-prepared, with all the necessary kitchenware and even more, including a powerful hairdryer and beach towels. We were extremely surprised and pleased by the apartment's offerings. The owners also left us some fruits and a bottle of wine, which was really sweet, too. The location is wonderful! Although having a car on Tenerife is a must, spending days only in the Los Gigantes area would still be marvelous! Enrica and her husband shared with us some tips for discovering the island and recommendations for places to eat, which we appreciated as well. We loved this place a lot and would go back there 100% if we could.

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Apartment verbracht und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht – von der Küche bis zum Badezimmer fehlte es an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekte Sauberkeit. Alles war makellos und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Der herzliche Empfang durch die Vermieter war ein toller Start in unseren Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war verlässlich, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal: zentral, aber ruhig, mit allem Wichtigen in der Nähe. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick und abends kann man dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass wir immer einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden haben. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiter.

Alloggio pulitissimo e con tutti i confort necessari per godersi la vacanza, non mancava nulla! Vista bellissima sulle scogliere di Los gigantes, zona tranquilla. Marco ed Enrica ci han dato tanti consigli utili!

− Unica piccola pecca a volte non semplicissimo trovare parcheggio ma comunque risceglierei l'alloggio!
