10.0The property is amazing for the most relaxing trip at the Lugano Lake. Also the private beach area is soooo perfect! The bus from Lugano drops you at 2 minutes of walk to the apartment. While equipped with everything you would imagine, the view pays the value. Could be a little noisy from the street but not a problem at all. Easy to acces.

Tolle Unterkunft für Erlebnissuchende mit geringem Budget
9.0Die Unterkunft war wirklich top. Geschirr und Küchengeräte waren vollumfänglich vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Die Lage ist auch richtig gut, um nach Lugano oder Menaggio am Comer See zu fahren. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und gegenüber von dem öffentlichen Parkplatz (50m entfernt) ist ein Bäcker und eine Bar. Der private "Stand" ist auch richtig gut.
− Im Bad fehlt ein kleiner schmaler Schrank als Ablage für Kulturbeutel bzw. Zahnbürste.. Die Schallisolierung zu Straße ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Das muss man mit der Lage am See und dem großen Fenster in kauf nehmen. Bei den Autos ist es eigentlich kein Problem. Die paar Motorräder ohne Schalldämpfer, die gefühlt ab 7 Uhr zur Arbeit fahren hört man als würden sie durch das Zimmer fahren. Also für lärmempfindliche Personen ist es nix. Wer damit leben kann, wird dort einen tollen Aufenthalt haben.

7.0We had a very nice stay. The studio is nice and has a nice balcony as well as a shared private lake access. It was a bit louder than we expected with the road right below and neighbors. But this apartment has all you need for a short stay!

10.0Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber so wie sie in den Fotos dargestellt - gemütlich und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Seezugang ist natürlich ideal. Er gehört mehreren Parteien, aber es ist wirklich genug Platz für alle und häufig waren wir sogar allein.

9.0Private beach was perfect and quiet at this beautiful lake. Kitchen was good. Dog was with us. Nice balcony. Airconditioning.
− Busy road volume. Biggest pan did not work on induction? Ovenplate was still a bit greasy.
