Un Apto muy bueno, para una urbanización muy ruidosa
7.0Buena ubicación, bien limpio, amplio, acogedor, buena terraza, no le falta detalle alguno, cocina completa, CASI todo nuevo.
− Los colchones de las camas pequeñas no son cómodos, en uno de ellos molestaba un muelle. La urbanización es perfecta, pero de noche hay mucho ruido de transeúntes a todas horas de la madrugada, la vigilancia no es efectiva respecto a las molestias. Creo q en verano no deberían de hacerse obras en las viviendas, nos tocó un piso próximo con reformas y a las 7 de la mañana era imposible descansar, si le sumamos que durante toda la noche el tránsito de y voces de gente que viene de fiesta…., Muy Ruidosa la Urbanización.
