Overall okay have strategic location, quiet, have wifi and plenty of friendly neighbours around.

− The bathroom next kitchen shower head leaks (doesn't sprinkle properly) & there’s no water heater there only the master bedroom bathroom has one. Perhaps can install a water heater there in future 😁😬
