Very convenient for our event, and comfortably catered for our group.

− I didn't like the cleaner arriving before we had vacated the property which would have been at 10 am.

− Not being allowed to wear shoes at all, I understand on carpet but downstairs on the hard floor makes no sense when coming in and put of the house. Perhaps change the rule to no shoes on carpets. Curtains were too light, blackout would be better

The view from the rear bedrooms

− The pictures makes it seem like the rear annex is part of the same offering, the description has no mention of it being a separate property which shares the garden, therefore can see into the kitchen diner, kitchen diner needs blinds/net/tint.
