9.0Easy check-in, easy reach, near bus stop, good connections, quiet at night despite of the closeness of the airport.
− All perfect, only to find the room inside the house was a bit of challenge, there are no signs. also the Emergency plan was a bit difficult to read.

− Il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Il n’y avait qu’un minuscule ventilateur dans une chambre exiguë, et en plus le propriétaire ne répondait jamais rapidement.

7.0Good value, large room, and comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus from the airport.
− Service was minimal. Never saw hosts or a worker there, and the support email/phone work only from 08:30 to 17:00, which is disappointing in case you arrive late and something goes wrong with check-in/codes (fortunately nothing did for me). The room was modern and with good quality fittings, but maintenance and cleanliness seems poor. There were nail clippings on the bedside table. Light bulbs were missing. The toilet door handle was missing (I found it later in one of the drawers), and the shower shampoo and shower gel dispensers were fixed on rusting holders and were missing the spouts (also found them by the side). The toilet light operates on a motion sensor and seems to switch off after about 30 s, which is annoying if you don't like sitting in the dark. There is a washing machine available but no washing powder.
Like a student home, but of hotel quality.
5.0The beds were comfy, premium hotel quality, so was the shower. Keycode entry worked great. Shared kitchen was good. We also had fun playing fusball on the extremely long 8-player table.
− While shower is part of the room, the toilet wasn't, it was shared, and the light on the toilet turned off every minute. Rooms were very small. Difficult to find the parking, and no air conditioning.

8.0L'arrivée autonome est vraiment très simple. La chambre était fonctionnelle, propre et le prix vraiment très attractif pour la localisation. Le parking autour est gratuit et il y a facilement de la place. J'ai échangé via WhatsApp avec le responsable qui a été charmant.
− Période de canicule : il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Un climatiseur aurait été le bienvenue.
