Cálido, cómodo y lindo!
9.0El desayuno es MUY bueno! La atención del staff también es excelente y fueron muy amables con nosotros.
− La primera habitación en la que nos quedamos tenía una ventana hacia la calle, lo cual nos gustó. Sin embargo, a tempranas horas de la mañana se escuchaba el ruido de la gente y música del camión de la basura y nos despertaba. Luego estuvimos en otra habitación, con una ventana interna y en esta ocasión. Unos clientes del hotel gritaban desde las 6am y todo el sonido se escuchaba en nuestra habitación. Entendemos que estos detalles escapan del control del staff y del hotel.

9.0Excelente personal de staff! Delicioso desayuno, buen café, tenían agotado el matcha y uno de los chicos del staff lo consiguió para que pudiera tomarlo el par de días, estaba delicioso. Agradecemos el detalle!

10.0Отличный отель, все красиво, хороший персонал, напоили чаем, рассказали куда пойти, дали карту. Расположение конечно не самый центр, но там очень близко до plaza de armas. Отель рекомендую!
− То что не заселили раньше, мы прилетели утром, а заселение было через несколько часов. Но это как будто бы не минус, а правило отеля.

8.0A destacar personal, desayuno, y la localización. A destacar principalmente el valor humano que logra hacer que te sientas bien acogido!!!
− La habitación es muy pequeña y la cama a pesar de ser para dos personas es demasiado pequeña( 135 x 1,90) teniendo en cuenta además que somos dos personas muy altas. Se debería especificar bien, ya que es importante descansar bien y en este caso nos fue un poco complicado. A pesar de ello fuimos tan bien tratados por el personal y las instalaciones comunes de hotel fueron confortables que junto a la localización hace que sea un hotel para recomendar. Muchas gracias!!
