8.0Location: The property is situated in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so a car isn't necessary. Private gated parking is included, which is a huge plus since finding a parking spot is usually a major headache near most restaurants and beaches. The Room: The room was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a few days: decent Wi-Fi, a TV, a fridge, and an iron. However, it depends on your expectations—the bedroom is quite small, with barely enough space to get into bed. It feels like a studio apartment that has been partitioned. Also, the bed is on the shorter side; at 1.80m tall, my feet were hanging off the edge. Additionally, the sofa in the living area was not comfortable at all and no air conditioning. In May was not a big problem, but there is a minus. Final Thoughts: I don’t consider these major dealbreakers given how little time we actually spent in the room, but I think these details are useful for future improvements. Thanks.

10.0Like home from home,especially with the George Foreman 🙂. Lovely views from the balcony, very clean all the utensils you need. Nice extras i.e velvet throwovers. Very good location close to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets yet very peaceful. We will be returning in the near future. Thanks Vanessa 🙂🏖

I recommend staying in this hotel for 7-10 day’s holiday. There are many advantages.
9.0It was quiet in the flat and the area itself is quiet too. The view to the ocean was spectacular and beach was close. We had a swimming pool. Also, there was a ramp, which was crucial for those who rent a car. Moreover, Siam park (water park) is close, so you can go on foot. Many cafes nearby. The price is acceptable and matches the offered facilities.
− Sound-proofing, the door from other flats slammed every morning and we woke up. Also, There were no minor things like shampoo, shower gel, garbage bags, which is unusual for the apartments. We had to buy them all.
Great accommodation in a great area, midway between Fañabe and las Americas. Ideal for 2 adults.

− We knew there was no air con but the weather was really good so air con would have been a bonus.
