10.0Un apartamento muy bonito y acogedor a pie de calle. La limpieza muy buena
− El menaje de cocina. Las sartenes no sé podían utilizar porque se pegaba toda la comida, no tenían nada de antiadherente estaban muy usadas

− Local puerta calle (probablemente un antiguo local comercial)se oye pasar y hablar a la gente.A 7 calles de la playa lo cual no se dice expresamente en la descripción no hay tostador (según la descripción si había), no funciona la campana extractora, las toallas están totalmente deshilachadas y con manchas de óxido, la ducha y el lavabo tragan muy mal, la conexión de la tele a internet es muy lenta y tarda mucho en responder al mando.

Good value for money and the location suited us
9.0The apartment was a great size, and we liked having our own front door off the street. The decor was good and everything worked well.
− The kitchen utensils- plates, cups, glasses etc were all really dirty and the cooking equipment was a bit basic. We washed the things we intended to use but felt it wasn’t our job to wash everything just because the last people couldn’t be bothered.
Great ground floor maisonette fronting on two roads.
