− The flat had not been cleaned properly. When booking I was told there was a dishwasher, then told there wasn’t one, on arrival found there was one but it didn’t work! Kitchen not well equipped, no baking trays to be found, no cafetière. The curtains in the bedrooms were thin and let in light. Only 1 key provided between 5 of us, and the collection point was a 15 minute walk away, not easy with suitcases. The hallways all smelled strongly of smoke.

− Issue with key pick up but Andrew is aware of this, needs a refresh but just ware and tare, needs a mirror in the double bedroom and maybe blackout blinds or curtain liners.
