3.0A localização, é bem próxima do Centro. A piscina tem uma boa disposição de local, uma vez que não fica de frente para os quartos, proporcionando certa privacidade aos hóspedes do térreo.
− Fizemos check in às 16h, ainda assim tivemos que fazer checkout às 12h. Não sendo observada a regra geral que garante permanência de 24h, respeitado o período para limpeza. Na chegada, não havia toalhas disponíveis. Ao recebermos, a toalha apresentava bastante desgaste. A cama extremamente desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca do colchão, e foi realizada, todavia, o enxerto apresentava um bloco de isopor. Foram duas noites dormindo numa cama muito ruim. Não identifiquei câmeras de vigilância, e a cerca elétrica visivelmente não funciona. O café da manhã é simplesmente básico.
