6.0Die Lage war sehr gut. Metro und verschiedene Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Zahlreiche Restaurants undr Geschäften für den täglichen Gebrauch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
− Die Ausstattung in der Küche kann definitiv verbessert werden. Mehr Geschirr, Besteck und ein ordentlicher Wasserkocher wären gut. Vernünftige Messer und ein Geschirrspüler sollten zur Verfügung stehen. Der Toaster war defekt und der Backofen leider schmutzig und die Beschriftung der Schalter fehlte, so dass wir diese nicht nutzen konnten. Selbstversorgung und sei es nur Frühstück war schwierig. Abgesehen von der Ausstattung sind die Fenster nur einfach verglast und undicht, so dass der Straßenlärm stark in der Wohnung zu hören ist. In den Schlafzimmer zur Straße kann man nur mit Ohropax schlafen.
