Modern house with new facilities. 2 Bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Great heating and cooling . Clean beds with new towels (that hadn’t been washed)

− 1)It was very dirty- !! -dirty clothes in washing machine, -dirty benches , table and floors -dirty refrigerator, dirty cupboards -dirty disgusting toilets , black hair in shower -dust and hair and food scraps on the floor , -half full rubbish bin , -frozen sausage in the freezer - men’s clothes on the line, - dirty microwave oven. 2)There were only 3 beds not sleeps 6 as advertised! No sofa bed as advertised! Man came at 8pm to construct a bed and to do some cursory cleaning. - No iron , no hairdryer, no free toiletries as advertised. Not even a sliver of soap! -No coffee machine as advertised! -Not enough mugs or cutlery! 2a) Only a small table with 2 chairs , where are the other two people supposed to sit? Some windows had key locks with no keys so would be a fire risk . No fire extinguisher/blanket . No information folder for appliance guidelines. 3) NDIS sensitive client material in the drawers of one bedroom/study door of which was unlocked. - advertised as wheelchair accessible but no ramps For the first day we could not enjoy the accommodation! We left the property cleaner than what we found it!
