− Werry bed management! By arrivail I was waiting for 2 hours and 15 min. to get key of appartment. I went to my family on the end of street to wait for key arrival. To help me with koffers and make shore everyting goes well my cousin came with me when cleaning lady arrived with key ( she did not speak any foreign language). Then I was called by manager: ocused that 2 people arrived and I made reservetion for only one, that we are with to koffers. Welcomin phone call from manager was ocusetion for beeing liar and cheater. They never apologies for false accusation even they where convincede I was alone, because they sent cleaner a few days after my arrival to chek it if I was alone i appartment. Werry bad managment, werry unplesent expirience, did not feel welcome at all. Don’t book this place if you want pleasent holiday.

Good stay overall. Property of a good size for family of 4. Would I come back ..... No.

Location is pretty good in terms of access to the beach, near by restaurants etc. Upstairs terrace is great. However it needs some maintenance (see pictures below). Double bed bedroom was a good size. I recommend to visit a little place called La Caleta, which is a couple miles away from Guimar. There is a local restaurant called La Caleta del Pescado. It's open from Tuesday - Sunday. 12:00 - 16:00. If you like seafood you won't regret it. Everything fresh and tasty. Good choice of alcohols too.

− Kitchen layout is horrible. You can not wash the dishes without spilling water over the fridge freezer or wetting your feet. Over sink drying rack makes it even worst. Lack of chopping board, one blunt knife, dirty fry pan, that was a few things that make my cooking difficult. It looks like manager of the property is not looking after it to keep good standard. Next bad thing was the bathroom. Bath door opening only one direction (inwards :(, which made it very difficult to help children during the bath. Boiler is not big enough so hot water runs out very quick. A couple of times we had to boil a kettle to top up the bath so it was warm enough for children. When taking a shower, the method was to run water stop/start to make sure you have enough hot water during the whole process. We stayed from 26th FEB - 6th MAR and unluckily weather on this part of the island wasn't best. Temperatures pretty much the same like in Costa Adeje but very, very windy.

Very relaxing in a perfect location away from the usual tourist spots

An ideal location for a relaxing break, very spacious, homely, well equipped, perfect and the roof terrace couldn’t of been more private
