3.0I was given a room that was full of smoke. They changed it quickly. They cleaned the room and left trash under the door. When I returned from a work meeting, a surprise of trash was waiting for me under the door. The staff does not speak English, which makes communication difficult. We asked to order a taxi for us early in the morning and this was not done...which was very surprising. The breakfasts are not tasty. I would say the hotel is 3 stars, not 5. I will not return to it again.

Overall a pleasant stay but Air Conditioning to be improved.
6.0The breakfast was quite good and the location of the Hotel is also good. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The downside was that the staff could not speak English.
− Appoint at least one front staff who could understand and speak English. AC is set and does not go below 25 degrees
