− It wasn’t very clean in parts.
Enjoyed spacious but disappointed with finishing touches.
7.0Large spacious house. Location close to playground and open parkland. Quite residential area. Close to Supermarket
− Host didn’t respond to text message re 2 problems. All poor reviews in the past had not been addressed ie broken clothes rack, no outside clothes line and no tumble drier as stated. Had to buy a clothe drying rack as no response from Host. Stick vacuum roller clogged with hair un useable. Another vacuum not working. Mop heads but not pole, no broom. No dishwasher tablets to get you started. No bath mats supplied with towels. One kitchen tea towel to do a 7 day stay. 2 doubles beds have narrow doonas and bearable covered 2 people. Plumbing loud didn’t use showers after kids went to sleep. One windy night sounded like there was a loose sheet of tin on the roof.
Good size for a large family but presentation needs some work

− One of the nights was a little windy and it sounded like the roof was being blown off. The showers were very noisy. The were heaps of extra pillows and one extra mattress but no linen for them. Only 1 dishwashing tablet & no washing machine tablets. No clothes line and a broken clothes rack. The laundry looked like a dumping ground with the floor filled with boxes broken clothes rack etc and the bench had to vacuum cleaners on it. There was a whole lot of out of date food in the pantry. (Very out of date)
Beautiful home let down by poor maintenance
4.0The house is modern and spacious with 2 living areas and 2 TVs. It had a playground nearby and a close drive to the shops and beach. Love the big TV in the dining area to watch a movie while having a meal.
− There were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances and no garage remote. The AC was not working sometimes. Most of the sauces in the pantry are expired and basic pantry items like sugar and oven mitts were not provided. The house was quite dusty and the vacuums were not working, and there was no broom, so we had to be on our knees to clean with a hand dustpan. There are no hooks in the showers and rooms to hang towels and drying rack was broken. There is a beautiful bathtub but no proper stopper so we couldn't actually have a bath. The laundry and BBQ were dirty to the point that we wouldn't use them. Bedding was terrible and difficult to sleep on, some pillows were so flat. AC was not working sometimes. The sound proofing isn't great, so bring ear plugs!
