9.0Self contained accommodation, full kitchen, quiet, great water pressure, plenty of space.
− Not so direct to the beach on bikes...easier to drive

− Bedroom needs a fan that works when the light is switched off (its possible i just didn't know how to work it)
The house was clean and had everything that was needed

− As older people the shower was over the bath it would have been better with a seperate shower if mot on the bathroom maybe one could be put in the laundry
